These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website hexa.ao, owned by HEXA — Insurance Broker (“HEXA”). By accessing or using the site, the user declares to know and fully accept these terms.
1. Purpose
The site provides institutional information about HEXA, the Angolan insurance market and the brokerage services offered, as well as forms for quote requests, contact, job applications and newsletter subscriptions.
2. Informational nature of content
The content of this site is purely informational and does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice. References to insurance products, coverage, premiums and insurers are generic and may not reflect the conditions applicable to a specific case. Any contracting decision must be preceded by a formal written proposal signed by the parties and a case-by-case technical analysis by HEXA.
3. Permitted use
The user undertakes to use the site exclusively for lawful purposes, in strict compliance with applicable Angolan law, good faith and good practices. It is expressly prohibited to:
- Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or third-party-harming activity;
- Attempt to access, copy, modify or interfere with the site's technical operation (including scraping, reverse engineering or attacks);
- Introduce or transmit viruses, malware, malicious code or any other element that may damage the system;
- Submit false, incomplete or third-party data without authorisation through the site's forms.

All site content — including texts, images, videos, logos, trademarks, code, design and structure — is the exclusive property of HEXA or duly identified licensors, and is protected by Angolan and international copyright and industrial property law. By submitting a form (contact, quote, application or newsletter), the user warrants the truthfulness, accuracy and currency of the data provided and authorises its processing under the Privacy Policy. HEXA reserves the right to reject manifestly abusive, automated or terms-violating requests.

The site may contain links to third-party sites (insurers, regulators, partners). HEXA is not responsible for those sites' content, policies or practices — their inclusion is purely informational and does not constitute endorsement.
7. Availability and changes
HEXA strives to keep the site permanently accessible, but does not guarantee absence of interruptions, technical failures or temporary unavailability for maintenance. HEXA reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to modify, suspend or discontinue content, features or the site itself.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Angola. The Luanda District Court has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of the site.
